The BLT is my favorite sandwich.

Bacon should be used as the primary meat more often... it's full of flavor.

I like it ok I guess. I have some of the preserved kind that keeps for a very long time in my refrigerator. I have probably eaten about 4 slices total in the last 2 or so months. Chicken wings would probably be my most favorite meat if I had to choose just one.

I love bacon, but I haven't eaten it since I visited a friend of mine in LA who had a pet pig. That animal was so intelligent, so friendly, so affectionate... Well, that did it for me. No more bacon, no more pork. Would you eat your pet?

Despite what I hear about sodium, nitrates, and cholesterol. yes, I still love bacon. But I only eat it a few times a year, for special occasions.
