hmmm...I can't go out the front door without a shower and clean clothes, unless it's dark and I'm getting the paper. have to have breakfast, usually 2 bowls of just a limited number of cereals. Mainly just go through a routine; if I get too many interruptions, it throws me off and that annoys me.

I have to clean my teeth (which I hate doing), then I have to have a few mouthfalls of tea or coffee, before I eat anything, otherwise the food would taste like crap
