I've been meaning to post this for some time now. This just floored me the first time I saw it, it just validated so much that I already knew, but couldn't admit to myself.

He's got a lot of other good videos up that are worth watching too.

I found it somewhat adversarial (parents v children), but his ideas about pecking orders, and how they come about, were interesting. The articles on theology on his site were an interesting read as well.
