Well I did not make a cake yet, but I did make some gluten free bread this evening. It was an experiment to see if I could make something more palatable than store-bought from my usual wheat bread recipe? (puts some out to share) It's still kinda dense but it's more like a normal whole grain bread. This one is oat, amaranth, and honey...oh and whey protein for the amino acids, but you can't taste it. I'll leave some out for whoever's pulling an all-nighter.

woke up at 9am today and turned the radio on which informed me that it was actually 10am and i had lost an hour of my life due to daylight savings which i had no idea was today.

urrgg why do i suck so much? im still at the summarise texts stage of essay writting and it is due at 4pm today. i cant focus. at all.

I read this and nearly had a fit; thought for a while that I had forgotten all about DST, and then I read your location... Here on the Northern Hemisphere, we're actually gonna gain an hour, but that'll be 3 weeks from now.
