i heard a song once that was called "mustang sally" and i presumed it was about a girl that looked like a horse, so i never adopted it into my repertoire.

You must have misheard the title. I'm sure it was "must hang sally"; presumably she was a criminal?

there was no pronunciation of an "h" in the song i heard.

i can discriminate the words "must hang" from "mustang" there is no "h" in "mustang"

i am now definitely going to bed because it is a black hole, and with hawking radiation sped up manifold, i will escape it tomorrow morning at about 11 am so goodnight.

Robert E. Howard's Conan the Cimmerian definitely had an interesting take on morality.

I want to punch every pretentious, show-offy writer who quotes French or whatever foreign language without providing a translation, either right after the quote or in a footnote. I shouldn't have to put down the book and go off to Google Translate. Es ist sehr ärgerlich, no?

i went to mascot airport (sydney's main airport) a few weeks ago to watch the planes taking off.
i was on the beach next to runway 16L, and there were a number of seagulls that were in the vicinity. i tried to count them, but they kept flying around in a buggers muddle, and so i found it impossible to reckon the exact number, but there were too many for safe airport operation. minced seagulls (those that have been processed inside a jet engine) are not on my menu

The gulls might have been picking at the dead bodies buried shallow in the sand 8O . Or at least I think that's the beach you're talking about. Sydney underworld figures used to bury their victims there. I remember driving alongside the beach in question with my boyfriend at the time and him telling me about it. I remember a golf course.
