Accidentally stopped taking my antidepressant. I do cry more, but also feel happy more and experience a wider range of emotions. I think I’ll try to stay off it.

I stopped Zoloft/Sertraline a few years ago (OCD); I even tapered off like a responsible adult there. I'm not sure if it did anything. :|

Apparently, I have severe depression (I don't feel depressed, but they didn't factor that one in). The Zoloft didn't help that as that label came after I was already on it. (Labels just get thrown in the wastebasket when I get them, as they're meaningless to me now.) Olanzapine allows me to sleep, but it doesn't help this either as far as I can tell, and it's used for severe depression. If I have severe depression, then I've had it my whole life, as I haven't known any different.

Thanks! My kitty boy is watching the snow blow by the back window. It is so entertaining to my Sheldon boy.

Dog V4 chasing snowballs is funny. He spends ages looking for them....

My family doesn't care. :o
So we got this Christmas party... Like, now.

And we got like at least 5 minors, 3 of which are practically toddlers, and an elderly.

I don't feel worried. I feel warm on the inside.
I thought maybe it is a bit confusing but oh well. I'd still do my best though.

And, there will be more coming as time passes.

Random things I said as a child

In circle time when they ask me where I was on a scale on 1-10 I’d blurt: Chocolate Castles!

Another one was “The skies turning the color of pancakes/tuna sandwiches/ravioli/ginger ale!”

I’d call fire hydrants whatever food that matched their color (ex: if I saw a red and yellow one I’d be like: is that mustard and ketchup on the sidewalk?)

I also have synesthesia where I can imagine what color each key in a song is or taste names and I’d share them randomly.

This is only a few of my childhood sayings.

It looks like I'll be podded up for at least a week. I'm glad my parents drove me home tonight. I'd rather be free to be myself in my apartment than stuck with my parents for 10 days, plagued with expectations that I can no longer live up to.

Plagued With Expectations would be a great title for a memoir. :)
