I'm more annoyed with myself than anything

If I'd have worn my protective gear instead of being a dick I wouldn't have hurt myself half as bad but anyway it's done now and we'll see if I've got the capacity to learn from my lesson in the future won't we

My therapist was only giving me one of his fables yesterday about wearing protective gear and I did pay attention but I thought because I was only going the park I'd be ok
