Me too .. will start to keep a eye open for this .. but i still like the ramen noodles. Even by themselves , they have small package of flavourings
And or dehydrated something of this sort or that , in few of them.
Miso.. is my favourite and prolly a more healthy one. Been getting the prepared cooked chineses vegable small cartons for dinner as a treat sometimes , it has some sort of sauce. And the hi vee market here has their own , little kitchen they make them in fresh . (Or same day ) . Even salad bar but i dont trust it.

I have the tendency to like stuff that I cook myself more than frozen stuff.

Though, I must say that frozen stuff these days is much better than it was back in the 70's.

At 7.49 usd .... versus canned chili or soup at hi vee market ..feels alittle pricey . Dehydrated vs. Canned ? Vs price ? But they sure looked good.

Cant beat home cooking . Even if combined with leftovers for me.

Frozen blueberries , rasberries ,, yummers to me in a homebuilt smoothie . Even open up vitamin capsules and throw them in at the same time. If ,i can get them open. Beet powder mixes and stuff added to build up glutathione levels in blood. ( SUPER anti Oxidant ).. even after done still tastes like the berries .

I use ramen noodles as a base for a meal when I am wilderness camping. Cooks in three minutes which saves on fuel costs. I use an alcohol based stove. I add other dried ingredients to make it more healthy such as dehydrated soy, moringa.

Today I am trying to focus on work, but my brain is not cooperating! :D

Hope you are feeling better magz.

School overwhelmed me but now I'm in bed.
The kids are happy for their St Nicloas Day's presents (stuffed animals they identify with: a cat and a hare) and they apparently accepted the trip.
