Another blanket comment! :o

And it's always the same, "Are you cold??? What's with the blanket??" but no aknowledgement of that I am currently sitting with one leg underneath me and one foot flat on the chair seat with my knee up towards my chest. Why comment one strange thing but not the other?

So confusing are people! :?

mitharatowen, I don't think having a blanket at work is so strange as, I used to have a certain favorite mug of mine that I would seemingly drink coffee from even though many people at that time looked at me as, if I was super-strange and all, though I still choose to be who I am and not worry to much about other people's caustic remarks..Today, I tend to be more concerned with other people's opinions and so forth yet, I do my best to not let it get me down at times nowadays...

In terms of Random thoughts, well I simply sometimes find myself perplexed here on WP for, despite being here on this site for 2rys now, I've not really been able to make any substantial friends though, I've learned a great deal about Aspergers and all Autistic-related conditions as a whole..

Friendship is a difficult thing to have. I haven't been able to keep very many friends in my life. Mostly just acquaintances.

You have more chance at making friendships and turning hostility into friendship here though than you would on a site like Facebook....
There, if someone doesn't like another anymore, they just drop or block them. And that sucks worse I think.

They are commenting because it is different. If the room were freezing and everyone had blankets, but you put on a parka instead, they'd be asking if you were cold and why you didn't have a blanket!

Society shuns non-conformity. What irritates me the most is how eager they are to open their mouths and point out non-conformity. (A sign of low intelligence if you ask me.) Just leave us alone, please.

The 2 people who I actually want to talk to out of my entire MSN list are never online. I have the phone number of one of them, and I could just pick up the phone and call her, but, well... the telephone is the evil instrument of evil.

I got ye old shotgun today. 12 gauge, side by side, 3" chambers, and 28" barrels.

It's been a long time since I heard that lovely noise. BOOM!

I spent half an hour walking to work today, and the one student who I was meant to have didn't show up. It was a nice walk, though.

Is there anyone from college willing to say hello?? Do I have to do everything?? I'm sick of waiting for them, college is becoming a boring and lonelly place. My one friend there who I met at school hardly ever has the same free time as me. I'm fed up
