It's quite simple, really.


Copyright the circle.


Think about it. You could sue many millions of people. You could sue tyre companies for using the circle, sue clock makers, gear makers, heck you could sue people who use spheres and semicircles for making a blatant rip-off of the circle. The fan industry, globe makers, frisbees, CDs and DVDs, maybe even frying pans. You'd make millions!!

Am I right or am I correct?

That Idea is cool but looony. For one, you can't copywrite a circle, and two, you can't copywrite something that is already copywrited.
