The arrangement was pretty nice, but there were other aspects of the college campus environment I didn't like, and I am glad to be done with forever.

What was your favorite college class?

I wish I would have taken an Anthropology class. My favorite was probably "Chaucer and his Contemporaries."

I'm sorry you didn't find the "college campus" atmosphere totally delightful. I can understand why, though. I work in a college library--and I see the loneliness in some of the students.

I went to an urban/commuter college starting at age 36---so no "college experience" for me.

Same question.

A few times. One memorable time was when I was watching the production of a Greek play in a college English class.

The play was great, but the ambiance was too "comforting."

Same question.

My Uni was very collegiate and I lived on campus while earning both degrees. Yes, there was a quadrangle courtyard and several beautiful old buildings. The library was my favourite haunt as you can well imagine. I practically lived in the seventh floor stacks by a stained glass window.

My favourite class was a graduate level seminar in Rhetoric & Literary Criticism. I also loved my senior thesis Victorian Literature class, taken at the University of Toronto as a visiting student. My Drama class was fun too.

I have never fallen asleep in class because I can't sleep sitting up.

Not in high school or college.

I did take naps on a small rug in kindergarten. Mrs. McDonald is one of the few teachers names I remember.

Did you ever go to s concert and fall asleep?

I didn't fall asleep at any live shows but Bruce Springsteen was so boring I should have.

I once fell asleep in the front row center seat at a Broadway production of one of Bob Fosse's dance extravaganzas.

Same question.

No. Not sure how you possibly could!

Did you ever get caught cheating in school?

I never cheated in school.

I got a little sleepy at the Nutcracker ballet/symphony last year. I liked it, but I was warm and cozy in the seat. I get sleepy on the rare occasions I go to a film in a cinema as well because it's dark and I have my earplugs in. I also frequently fall asleep at home watching movies too.

My family and I are going to the Nutcracker again........tomorrow! I'm looking forward to it. The ballet is fun to watch but I really like the live symphonic music. I've been tempted to get season tickets to the symphony. I think I would enjoy that very much.

Have you been to a live symphonic performance?

I never needed to cheat, fortunately. Especially in elementary school, I already knew the answer to most questions.

Yes I have. I got one as a gift years ago and it must have been in the same key as Neil Young used for the beginning of the song Heart of Gold because I was easily able to play the same harmonica part. It was fun.

What is your favorite kind of soup?

Neil Young

- I don't recall ever cheating in school
- I took my parents to see The Nutcracker when my mother turned 50 (symphonic performance)
- I've seen symphonic Christmas concerts in cathedrals and also in theatrical venues
- I've never played kazoo or harmonica
- My favourite soup is probably French Onion

Have you ever driven across the U.S. (driver or passenger)?
