This one is actually delicious. I call it Nameless casserole.
Ingredients:
eggs ( I used two, you could probably use a lot more)
frying pan
small pan for baking in the Oven
frozen peas
olive oil
canned bread crumbs
can of tuna
Milk
flour
Paprika
Preheat the Oven for 350 degrees
put a little bit of olive oil in a medium sized pan and heat it up. ad some peas, as much as you want to the pan, and stir together. when the peas start to melt, add the eggs and stir together. Cook a little bit more, until eggs are warm, and not that runny, but not cooked. sprinkle bread crumbs over the top, and cook a bit more, still don't fully cook it.
put it in the baking pan. now, in the frying pan put olive oil, bread crumbs, and about a table spoon of flour mix together. fill the bottom with milk. cook until a sauce is formed. pour the sauce over the eggs and peas, and add more bread crumbs. add a can of tuna, with the juice mostly drained. mix together in the baking pan, sprinkle paprika on top, and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Yum. this should be enough for one person.
sorry my recipe looks so weird, I'm not good at writing it down.
