i get shivers just from the imagery
let alone imagining the silence on the moon rivalled by the silence of the spectators looking on in awe as their home reveals itself.

(the intention of this thread was a question of where people wanted to be, as pictures or anything, unfortunately it seems i was too interested in the picture to notice much else :oops: )

A calm, serene safe haven of sorts...

For me archaic, ruined structures possess those qualities best.

delphi,

most amazing place i have ever been, stone slabs worn smooth as a mirror in the middle from the passage of countless people through time.

Ideally, a place that has both within close proximity. Mountain ranges, trickling water, lots of greenery... all major pluses for me.
