Myself and my three younger siblings all had chickenpox when we were smaller - I still have a sizeable amount of scarring from it on my torso, and my youngest sister has a large pock-mark on the side of her nose. I think (but I can't be sure), that a mark on the inside of my upper jaw is a chickenpox scar, too.

I had them when I was almost twelve. I was only wanting to be in bed/curled up in the chair sick two or three days. My brothers and cousin had it at the same time. Mom gave us catnip tea and had us take baking soda baths when the itching got unbearable. Those baths sure felt good! I was too embarrased to look at my pox, which I regret now.

I had them when I was 9. I also had pneumonia at the time.

I was about 12 when I got Chiken Pox.

My cousin had it so my mother brought me over to his apartment to spend the night. She was hoping I could just hurry up and contract Chiken Pox so that I would get it all over with.

But it backfired on her because she sent me to school WITH Chiken Pox because the schol was having their class photos taken that week. I ended up giving it to about 14 other kids and they made it spread through the entire school. That place ended up getting shut down for a week!

I think I got it when I was about 5.
Mum took me round to the school bullies place to play because he had it. I remember he carried me round every where.

I is really good to get it when you are a kid otherwise if you get it when you are an adult, you can get really sick
