Do some modern TVs not have buttons? I just bought a TV at Walmart a couple of days ago that seems to not have any buttons. You apparently can't use it without a remote control.

Many have tiny buttons on the back now.

The TV should quick setup guide and a manual that came with the TV should tell you where the buttons are.

I seen one that apparently didn't have any(or maybe I just couldn't find them?). And that's the reason why I didn't buy it.

I often can't find the remote so I turn my TV off using the power button. I can't imagine a TV without one.

Turn off buttons on tvs comes in handy if you misplace your remote.

Sometimes the remotes break too or the programming for em gets messed up.

I recently had to deal with a TV which I couldn't turn off due to a supposed lack of buttons. I looked it up on the manufacturers (LG) website and it turns out the power switch is hidden on the bottom of the TV.

We obtained a Panasonic TV at our house a couple of years ago. I've been turning it off at the mains, but it does appear to have a functional power switch along with all the other normal switches, but they are located on the back, so aren't obvious.
