I really like the type of mexican candy with the salt and chilli peper coating and fruit flavored center. My favorite kinds are Super Banadera and Vero Mango.

Speaking of candy from other countries, has anyone tried the salty Finnish licorice called Salmiakki? My mom brought a bag of it home from IKEA. I think the stuff is vile. I tricked my entire AP European history class into eating it. Needless to say, the results were hilarious.

Dill, definitely. And spears sliced a couple times the long way. The hamburger slices are too thin.

Cool. Cool. I will try this.

I love eating lots of shrimp / prawns, especially the jumbo kind. They’re kind of weird critters when you think about it. They’re arthropods, same category as insects.

I generally like spicy foods (Thai curry for instance), as long as they aren't so spicy that it burns my mouth.

I also like my coffee very strong and black (no milk or cream at all). Everyone else seems to think the way I like it is way too bitter.

That’s about it. Most foods I prefer plain without too many toppings / condiments.

It's not bad.

Best Mexican candy I had was these little orange spikey balls, came in a box shaped like a small juice carton. Really good orange flavor.

Candied ginger...anchovies...crunchy peanut butter on whole wheat bread with iceburg lettuce, now that is my signature lunch and it is fantastic...
Last week I had figs that were covered in deep dark chocolate. My husband spied them, and before I could say "You won't like those" he took a big bite. The look on his face was amazing. All I could say was, "more for me."

Haggis is actually really tasty. All you have do is block out what it actually is :)

Things that I, myself, find to be strange that I do (or used to) gladly eat:

Sugar sandwiches. (Just two slices of bread and several heaping spoonfuls of sugar! Sweet and crunchy!)
Bread dipped in ketchup.
Mustard sandwiches.
Doritos and fig newtons mixed together.
Escargot (YUMMY!)
Rice flavored with soy sauce and honey.
Strawberries dipped in sugar.
Parmesan cheese straight from the container.
Those clovers with the heart-shaped leaves. They taste nice and sour. Their flower buds taste nice too.
Honeysuckle nectar, drawn straight from the flower!

Thing that I don't find to be wierd, but others do, for some odd reason:

Calamari
Bread dipped in flavored olive oil
Macaroni and chees with tuna.
Spinach salad with blue-cheese vinaigrette and topped with feta cheese, sliced almonds, and cherry tomatos and croutons.

Chomp, chomp, chomp.... taste like peanut butter.

Chomp, chomp, chomp.... taste like dill pickle.

Chomp, chomp, chomp.... taste like peanut butter.

It didn't bother me, nor was I left in awe.

I am indifferent. :rabbit:
