Being at two places at once -or not.

I could be sitting at home watching a movie, while the "other half" could be sky diving in Jupiter's atmosphere... and when "he" got to deep for the pressure, "he" could just leave.

Or, if someone wants to fight me, I could have a second me appear quietly behind him and neutralize this situation much easier.

Ever need to lift something big/bulky or have a door held open while moving something?

If one gets injury... well not really because he doesn't have to exist, because I still do.

Need to climb that cliff? Not a problem. Start at the bottom, then be at the top and bottom, then just be at the top.

Yeah, a form of teleportation, but so much more.

Telekinesis is a very interesting power since it has so many applications. You could fly, slice objects apart, deflect bullets and other weapons, and even start fires through extreme friction. The possibilities are endless!

But if I had advanced I wonder if I could manipulet others so you are almost using there powers by controling, I wonder if I would become some kind of telepathic Syler, with other super humans following me like tools on my belt.

I would chose to have powers that are similar to that of a ghost. You know, invisibility, passing through solid objects, and whatever else a ghost can do. Hey, I'm not Kyle "The Ghost" for nothing!
