Damnit, now I need to run to the fridge because of this thread. Who ever thought what is essentially a ripe spoiled dairy product could be so good!

You have it easy. I have nothing in my fridge but cheddar. I need to run to the store and by several different types of fancy cheeses now.

Umm sliced, I dont like the blocks, used to be able to get some realy nice sliced cheese but they stopped makeing it so we had to get individualy wrapped which tastes like plastic.
