Need msn technical advice... Computer geek or somethin

Ok, Two of our sign in names sign in fine...

My sign in name on the otherhand wont.

ive tried changing the compatability to windows 2000, that doesnt work, ive tried changing the firewall settings for msn, that didnt work either.

Need help, as ive been having to use msn2go.com

Are you attempting to sign on using the same computer?

If so are you using the same computer at once?

Is your password being typed correctly?

Try meebo.com It lets you log into numerous accounts. I had all 3 of my messenger accounts logged in from the Microsoft Network.

I sometimes have problems logging into my accounts. I keep trying though

Trilian is much better, meebo goes through a third party.

so u cant sing in whith your orginal name for some reason? or will msn even come up? i guess yes so this problem is related to microsoft and not your computer i guess u get somekind of error message whith code...try google that code and post it here

it shows no error, it used to work fine on windows vista, some one suggested a bug has got into my sign in name and thats why it wont sign in.

or it could be dialup. I dunno, cant use meebo, its too slow on dialup, ive been using msn2go.com and that works well. as soon as we get broadband ill try and upload to windows live.

u are on dial up??? ok that explains stuf u see minimum recuiment these days is 2mb
