Does anyone else have this issue? I have a hard time using names. It just feels weird to call someone's name or to have someone say my name. This is especially the case if I have feelings for someone such as a crush in highschool - I could never say thier name! Not even to my friends. I had nicknames for them or I would just be like 'you know...'

No idea why I feel this way! Anyone else?

(or maybe it's just because I have the lurking suspicion that whatever I think their name is, I'm probably wrong...)

Oh my, yes. I give nicknames all the time. Sometimes forget their real name. The Missus went through a phase where she wanted me to say her name, but it was so awkward for me that we went back to Missus Prof.
