It was something like 17F for the high, right now more like 2 (which I probably shouldn't complain about on a site with Alaskans and Canadians, but that's fairly cold for the NYC area )

My mom's fiance has SAD, and while I sympathize with him, his grumpiness is DRIVING ME CRAZY!! ! It doesn't help that we are around each other all the time...

I don't like winter here...it's -30 C right now :(:(:( Ontario, or at least where I live in it, has insanely cold winters and insanely hot summers. There's hardly any breathing room!

At least you have hot summers! It's about 75f in the UK for summer highs, warm-ish but all I wanna do in summer is bake :P

A very dear friend of mine had SAD and took his life 3.5 years. So many don't realize how serious it can be. :(

I like the winter, but now that I've had a taste of spring, I'm over it. I say bring on the sunshine! :)

I like winter, but I like summer too. Fall is nice, but the only season I hate is spring!

I drink more beer at this time of year.

And hate living life at this time of year.

It seems to get worse every year.

I even get more suicidual during this time of year too.

This time of year bothers Me much.

Sometimes I do not know what to do in the end.

Just getting tired of SAD getting worse everything right now.

Every year worse and worse in the end.

I sometimes just don't know what to do in the end.

same here, you just have to get through it, most of all i hate the darkness.
the best thing i can suggest is to reward yourself with activities.
