Cloverfield. That movie sucked.

Yeah, that, too. It was the most boring crap I've ever seen in all my 14 years!

And we wasted our Regal Cinema movie tickets on them. My bf got them for his birthday and it's valid for one free movie at any Regal cinema. One for me and one for him and we both saw the movie thinking it be good because it was a disaster movie. I now understood how it caused motion sickness. I didn't get it but my bf did a little bit and we were warned as we got the tickets, simply so they won't have to be obligated to give us a refund if we decided to leave because of motion sickness.

Can't really name any that I hated. Although some of the ones y'all named were good as s**t.

Dark Knight - awesome movie
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans - awesome movie
Role Models - awesome movie
I Am Legend - awesome movie
The Happening - semi-ok
Saw Series - extremely AWESOME
Ironman - awesome

Those who saying bad crap about those need to die or seriously re-watch them and enjoy them. I've seen each movie in that list at least 5 times each. Each with a different person.

Transmorphers - A knock off of the Transformers and it was TERRIBLE. I enjoy many a Sci-Fi B-movies, but this was was bad even for me.

Don't rent it, look at the cover or even look it up on the Internet; it's really that bad.

I didn't watch that one 5 times, just didn't say so in the last post. It was ok, but not exciting or what not. The others I went by myself, with cousins, a friend, and again by myself and with my aunt/uncle (big movie fans).

I know its kind of an old movie, but it is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I have seen many an eyeroller in my life, but this movie is the crapfest spectacular.
It is called:

The Howling 3.

It has a bunch of marsupial werewolves in it. One of them gives birth sometime in the movie, and you can see the half-formed fetus crawl out of the mother while she's in her human form, and up her extremely hairy stomach into the pouch. There is also a werewolf nun in her habit. Need I say more?

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I thought since the books were flawless (except near the last parts, where it turned into a somewhat mundane love story), the movie would be guaranteed to be at least acceptable. Boy, was I wrong. This movie is only for the most die-hard of Hitchhiker's Guide fans, and maybe that's giving it too much credit.

The Core, scientific inaccuracy anomaly.

The Core was an scientifically inaccurate piece of crap, but I love to have a good cringe once in a while at the really blatant stupidity and non-understanding of reality of the filmmakers.

Meet The Fockers
Kangaroo Jack
40 Year Old Virgin

I thought those movies really stank.

Is The Island any good? Its a sci-fi movie on my Netflix list. Its not rated high so I'm wondering if I should remove it.

anything from the directors of disaster movie.
there are a lot of movies that i can recommend for people not to rent. stay away from a lot of adam sandler movies. punch drunk love is supposed to actually be good. i don't usually go to the new releases section when i rent something.

the island was actually decent in the beginning and then bing bang bam: violence and pointlessness.

re: the island.

yeah it's not awful but it's got a lot wrong with it too, like ewan mcgregor. the first half is good but the second half dies. 2-3 out of 5, if you've got nothing better to do. It's 'gattaca' in a way. but gattaca is slightly better.

any opinions on "Candyman"? I saw the video in a second hand shop for $3, flipped it over and read the credits, saw Philip Glass soundtrack. I looked up IMDB and it's all rave reviews, but IMDB raves can be deceptive.
