I am 19 fit and healthy but I have AS and I am a chronic worrier and have some stress in my life as well. What will the effects of all this have on me in the future if it continues?

Keep worrying about that, and you might find out.

^Exactly. Stress can be very detrimental to your health, especially in the long term. If you do a little research, you will find that it can contribute to many health problems, and can reduce your life expectancy. Stress/anxiety is not something to be taken lightly. The earlier that you start looking(and applying) for ways to reduce them, the better off you will be. :)

Yeah, don't worry about it. You'll only become more stressed and likely to develope health problems down the line.
