A piece of organic rumpsteak from a farm near here, with organic lettuce and tomatoes from farms near here, plus a dressing made with mustard, red-wine vinegar, olive oil, and finely chopped garlic. Followed by an organic yoghurt with organic apricot jam, and a small glass of carrot juice.

I had for dinner : Chinese Shrimp dumplings, Fried Zucchini, Green Salad ( :rabbit: ), Croque-Monsieur with an egg in top of it (A croque-madame to be exact :) )
And for lunch, I went with my family to Benningan's Tavern and Grill, I ate there a big burger with French fries... :roll:

Avocado mush made with organic avocadoes, ( cheaper than non-organic ones ! ), garlic, organic yoghurt, herbsalt, and freshly ground black pepper, eaten with sticks of organic carrot and cucumber, and slices of organic chorizo.

homemade cheeseburger macaroni, broccoli and carrots, a banana and a few handfuls of trail mix which consists of raisins, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and cashews. 8)
