I had lunch at TGI Friday's. I got a six-ounce sirloin steak (medium-rare) with fries, rice, and a water to drink.

What was the last thing you ate?

Toasted sourdough bread topped with colby-jack cheese, sliced portobello mushrooms, scrambled eggs, salsa, and chipotle sauce. Hot coffee to drink.
Good Sunday Brunch :) :coffee: :)

A small cracker with peanut butter and some cheese (small squares, maybe 3). I've been stressed and apparently not hungry - at all, lol.

Coffee, which is probably the only thing I'll have until dinner. I'm one of those "one meal a day" kind of people.

I just had dinner an hour ago. I made a tuna/ vegetables with pasta (macaroni) dish.

~ an onion,
~ broccoli (handful),
~ one leek,
~ a few carrots, < ^ all four in small pieces
~ 10 black olives, those sour little onions, both in pieces
~ Tuna fish and Pilchard out of a can/tin
~ whole can/tin pomodories tomatoes with juice
~ coriander, two pieces of garlic, fish spices, salt and pepper
(probably forgetting something, to mention but hey....)

And pasta, of course, al denti.

Man, really nice tasting and healthy food, imo.

(hope the recipe, me posting it, isn't perceived as arrogant)

Made tandoori chicken at home from a Cook's Illustrated recipe. It was delicious, but the method was sort of a pain since I had to saute up a marinade, then let it sit on the chicken for half an hour, then dip the chicken in another coating of yogurt based sauce, then bake it, pull it out of the oven for a bit, then finish it with the broiler. I wouldn't have minded the baking/broiling thing too much, but combined with having to do a saute before I can even start the marinade sort of pushed it into the impractical category for me.
