It was black and white I think. This man was living in an old mansion with a really old woman. he had three women from different countries come be his mades. he appraised them to make sure they looked right. In the end it seems, he was going to transplant the old womans brain into one of the young bodies, so she could live forever and collect the money from her death. Also he experimented on one of the "flawed" women, and put at cat brain in her body.

I can't for the life of me figure out what it was called.
