This is a little bit like role playing. Kinda like the Sims if anyone has played it. Make yourself a comfortable environment/ house /lodging whatever. Just use pics to do so...
Anyone who posts for the first time portraying his abode becomes the neighbour of the previous person who did so.
Try and be creative and role play a bit (give others presents for their homes (post a pic of a blender for example), invite people to your barbeque, or a party you're hosting, open up a school and post info about what you're teaching). I really love urban architecture, so be creative about your particular plot.
ok I'll start first... This is my plot of land and this is how it looks. (I'll start with something simple as an example) Your plot of land can look any way you desire. And you can upgrade/ change when you like. Just give notice. 
So anyone wanna be my neighbour ???
