"I dont understand why you're laughing at me."

Or

"I dont understand why you all think Im a funny guy. Am I funny like a comedian?"

Sounds familiar.

Joe Pesci may have said things like that in "Goodfellas". He would cut up and get folks to laugh with him, and then think the folks were laughing AT him.

Correct!

"Mina! Mina! Mina!"

(From an animated movie made by PIXAR released in the early 2000s.)

It's "Mine! Mine! Mine!" from the PIXAR film Finding Nemo.

It won the Oscar for Best Animated Picture at the 2003 Academy Awards.

"Terminé'!

Nope...it's "I'm finished" from the movie There Will Be Blood.

As for yours, it's "Approve of the day!"

However, I don't what movie that is from.

No.

Well ...maybe Google gave me a subpar translation- and you might be right. But its supposed to be...

Well... the phrase is used two ways in the movie.

Hint. Its said in Latin, and then it's said again in English.
