They don't. I mean I won't say every girl in the world doesn't use it but in general, girls don't use it. It's marketed to guys and is just considered a more 'manly' scent. You know how we have scents we consider more manly and more feminine? That is a more masculine one. I don't know what exactly it is supposed to smell like, though. Girly scents are more fruity, flowery, sometimes musky, etc. Sorry, I know that's not exactly a logical answer.

Aw I hate the flowery/perfume smell. It makes me cough. So (straight) guys are supposed to be attracted to that?

I think it reinforces femininity in women.

All people have their own individual smell and a lot of them stink. There is nothing they can do amout it that is their smell. Some people can mask it with perfume but not a lot. I suspect it's the same smell a dog or animal would notice. Some people have a smell so bad it litteraly follows them where ever they go. My brother's deabbeat girlfriend had a horrible smell (or one of her kids did), and it would litteraly follow her to whatever house she moved into (she had this weird compusion to change residensy like most people change their clothes). I remember a girl in school who had a horrible smell. I even told her to get away from me because she smelled so bad. I've gotten lost from my mum in stores and have litteraly found her by sniffing for her...just like a dog. Forget Search & Rescue Dogs, I could make some extra cash being a search and rescue meerkat.

Actually, research suggests that guys are more attracted to food smells -- vanilla, pumpkin, etc. The floral scents are attractive to the women themselves.

Hormones, bad hygeine, etc. On the other hand, guys smell as well. How do you know there isn't someone sitting by you thinking that you smell weird?

I am not attracted to dead fish, sadly.

Now if it was dead chocolate cake, that would be nice.

If a girl smells like dead fish, either fish has been fried in her house so it has permeated her clothes or she is not well - I mean seriously sick. Vaginas should not stink. Ever. Period. If a girl is stinky avoid it. Just move on. Just like any living creature, you just have to eat right and keep yourself reasonably clean to prevent stinkiness. :) As a reference point, armpits make way more stink.

Would that chocolate cake have x's for eyes? hehe

@jc6chan:Regarding Axe, I think that's a guy's fragrance.

Agree with both Ferdinand and happymusic, but would think an herbal scent like jasmine, cinnamon, or green tea would be better b/c their like food (for guys) and plants (like flowers for girls). Also, unlike cake, it would smell good and not leave any extra moisture to cause an infection= more funky stink...

  1. Yes, some women do smell bad. But there are a few women who smell really good.
  2. Febreze doesn't smell good. It smells horrible. It doesn't cover up bad smells. It combines with them to make an even worse smell.
  3. It seems that almost all types of perfume smell horrible. And most women's products like deodorants seem to have very strong chemical smells which smell horrible.

Some women smell like fart. Does that mean that they didn't wipe clean after going to the washroom?

If I had to guess, I would say that the majority do. But which way you wipe (as a girl) affects smell. Maybe not if those around you can smell you, just how your girly parts smell.

I agree. And I agree with whoever said that perfumes can smell. Actually...some smell good, but most people use too much and they are just overpowering. I like ones that are more like jasmine, chammomile, lavender, stuff like that.

I'm not sure why, but I find this thread really funny :lol:
