I have seen many a well-endowed monkey at the zoo. Though, I have seen far more with ridiculous nipples.

I think it's difficult for some people to appreciate the human body without the sexual objectification. That's why we have people trying to clothe David, or Lady Justice. :?

Originally, the David wasn't going to have a leaf, but then the artist gave in to peer pressure.

Wait, now that I think about it, does the actual statue have a leaf there?

No, people put a leaf in front to censor it. I've seen a picture of the original that my AP Euro teacher brought back. 8O

Ever notice that both men and women talk about boobs more than both genders talk about penises combined?

Boobs are closer to eye level, so it's easier to draw attention to them.

But people talk a lot about butts too, and they are at the same level as penises.

If you feel there is a need for in depth penis discussion, then by all means start one. :P

I'm totally going to use that line on a boyfriend, 'I need an in-depth penis discussion with you'.

I have a question. I don't have boobies so I don't know what it would be like wearing a Bra but why wear one in the first place?
(I hope nobody gets offended by this comment but is it like balls on your chest? ) ahem, I defintly wouldn't wear a Bra if I was a woman or wear make-up. Hell, I doubt I'd even shave under my arms or legs. I apprechiate you women who go through this rigorous thing everyday. I couldn't do that all

Very few men ever stop to consider whether they would do this stuff if they were women. I guess it's because they can't imagine being women.

We do that stuff because people will think bad things about us if we don't. Sometimes the make up is fun, when it's not an obligation and more of a self-expression thing.

Thanks puddingmouse I can see your point. I'd dress up like a girl maybe, and I have a feeling I'd get what it was like for you all if I stepped out of my door and walked down the street. I can just hear the car windows being rolled down as we speak,

No we wear them because our boobs will get stretched out due to lack of support. I read bras aren't really needed but we just choose to wear them. I prefer wearing them so they won't bounce around and they have support. I don't want mind hanging down way too low due to no bra support over the years. Plus I like them being up instead of down. For me it has nothing to do with other peoples opinions.

So if you don't wear a Bra your boobs will lose their firmness and sag all over the place? Yikes. maybe I would wear a Bra after all, Gravity does all kinds of unkind things to the body. But I think you both are right, a lot of society's pressure and keeping the girls from going to hell sort to speak

I've heard your boobs support themselves if you don't get in the habit of supporting them with bras. I've seen picture of Amazon tribes where the women never wore bras and they're not too saggy. When I was flatter-chested, I really only wore them because I didn't want my nipples showing and because I was kind of expected to. Now I have bigger boobs due to the pill and weight gain, plus my boobs can't support themselves now I've worn a bra for years.

Isn't the article in the OP about how your boobs won't sag if you don't wear one?

It's irrelevant to me, anyway. I never thought we wore them to prevent sagging, but to look presentable and "appropriate". Considering how much trouble I have with being socially acceptable anyway, I'm not going to make matters worse by going braless.
