When I wear a bra it's only so they don't sag or so they don't jiggle around and give people a free show.

Years ago I quit wearing bras with underwire and only wear sports bras now. Eventually I was considering finding some sort of stretchy tank top/undershirt type top that is tight enough to give some support and stop jiggles but loose enough to be comfortable.

I don't wear makeup or shave.

I wear a bra to keep my boobs out of my everyday business, I dont really want them helping whilst I bleach the shower, vacuum, or do the dishes etc.

Heres some advice that I wish someone had told me yeaaaars ago: Try a smaller band size, and a BIGGER cup size. After years of crying due to wrongly sized underwire bras, I wore soft-cup crop-top things for years, these gave no support but I didnt have another option. Then I found the internet and online shopping and I tried a whole lot of bras (getting them cheaply on eBay etc) and found im a 44H (USA). Wouldnt have guessed that! That size dosnt even exist in New Zealand where I live lol. Now the underwires fully in case my breast tissue and the band is tight enough that the weight is taken on the band where it should be, not the straps.

^^ That's what I did too. The Victoria's Secret employee last time I went recommended a 32A and it was frustratong because I'd grown out of those! So I tried this company called The Little Bra Company and got 28Cs and they're great. The packaging even said "Good things DO come in small packages!" and because I'd been in a rut about my breasts for a while, happy, touched tears came to my eyes.

Hell no! My boobs need support. They're very large and I don't feel comfortable without one. As long as the bra fits you properly and you don't wear it all the time, then I can't see how it is that detrimental to my boobs.
