What the heck? That is one of the weirder things I've seen. And they have babies in prison? That just seems wrong. I mean I'm sure there's some ethical dilemma about taking kids away from their mothers, but you can't properly raise a kid in a prison. I'm sure that's got to do some psychological damage to the kid.

Actually a lot of prison around the world have recreational activities and most countries keep female prisoners and their children together until the child is 4 or 5.

They have beauty pageants in some US mens prisons as well...
