Does anyone else get a rash just before or during their period?

I keep getting a rash on my face. I don't think it is acne. It runs across my nose and down onto both my cheeks (both look red and rashy...rash is slightly raised but it's not itchy). I have seen it pop up mid month as well but seems to be worse around my period and since I have been eating wheat again (I think...). It is mild but I can see it. I have noticed it coming and going for some months now.

I also have a migraine, a stye on my eye, a runny nose and a wheezy cough tonight but maybe I am coming down with something as well.

Flow is due soon...in the next few days. She may or may not be responsible for all of it...

You are not alone. All of the women in my family have incredibly odd reactions to our hormones. My mother gets hives or sinus infection or a flare up of her lung problems. My sister gets massive dark purple undereye bags and sinus problems. She actually uses it to predict her cycle. I become allergic to water on my arms and legs mid month. The itching is really severe. My aunt has issues as well, and all of our Drs tell us that it can't be connected.

My guess is the hormone change. Doctors know so much about female health (sarcasm). Maybe facial massage, egg white mask or witch hazel pore cleanser.
