Hey ya'll does anyone have advice for dealing with the crazy emotions I have while on my period? I'm tired of getting sad or raging mad for no reason at all. It makes me really hard to deal with and I have no idea how to control it. Help me please?

Have you visited your doctor to check if you have a hormonal imbalance?

Sometimes the pill can help regulate that.

Raw cacao, not chocolate.

Starflower oil and evening primrose oil supplements.

Evening Primrose really works for me. If I run out I feel like how you describe your moods. When I take them I feel more even.

Can't recommend it enough.

I get the 7 seas starflower and EP 1000mg from Boots (3 for 2)
