I strongly suggest she consider breast reduction surgery. A woman's body isn't designed to handle breasts that large, it can leaves scars on the shoulder from the weight of the bra, back problems, and a life of discomfort. There really isn't an easy fix for it, padding under the shoulders may help alleviate some pain, but it doesn't fix the problem. Other complications are heart problems, and it makes checking for breast cancer difficult to say the least. See a doctor to talk about options.

Personally, I'd like a larger cup, I'm only an A. With my body shape it makes me look ridiculous. ^^;

I also have this "problem," as I am currently about a 40J, give ot take -- I've yet to find something that really fits, have tried to do professional fittings, but even with this size the cross between the breasts still doesn't lie flat. Unless someone sees me braless, I get eyes rolled that I "really am" this size.

I've found that Just My Size has a catelog with larger sizes, and can be ordered from online or a mail-order catalog. I'm also planning on trying to do a reduction, but want to wait until I'm not going to have any more kids, both because of the risks of BF'ing after a reduction, and often pregnancy and BF'ing can change your size, either larger or smaller.

Another issue many haven't mentioned is that not only is it harder to find flattering bras, but it can be harder to find appropriate shirts, jackets, dresses, and any other clothing that would be worn on the upper body. There is little if any lingerie that wouldn't look like it was cut for a pre-teen on me.

Maybe she can swap them with someone who wants bigger boobs?

I've taken lately to buying t-shirts from the men's department. They don't hang straight down, but they also don't look like they're painted on. I've also got a black blouse that's got some bullets (or whatever they're called) in the chest area, and that works pretty well. And sometimes it helps to get "fitted" shirts, but a size or two larger than what would normally "fit" me. Tucked in shirts can help with the weight thing. As could getting creative and doing some kind of "belt" around the waist, but lower than the chest.

Of course, I'm one of those that's happy in a t-shirt, jeans and an unbuttoned flannel shirt. Never one for tring to be chic. Used to drive my grandmother nuts!

The best thing to do: get a very supportive bra that fits really well. Victoria's secret ones are pretty comfortable, but the sizes can run a bit small. It may also be helpful to wear a sports bra over the top (or two sports bras together, the bottom one with more support). These tend to have a squishing effect and minimize movement if you are doing anything active. The other thing is, I don't know if this applies to your girlfriend or not, but losing weight (not becoming super skinny, just taking off some pounds) can reduce breast size a lot as well, and make things a lot more comfortable in my opinion.

What's the point of a women's only forum if we have to put up with guys in here? Seriously, they should be blocked.

Grow up and leave now. Your posts are offensive and this is a womens only section. This is a serious topic and no one appreciates an immature little boy coming in and making fun of it.

Yes, you're right big boobs make me grow up! Grow up Down low.

Womens section, well I was conceived and given birth to by a woman so I have every right to be here.

I'm a big boob worshiper! How could you be offended by that?

I was reassuring big-boobed girls to love their bra busters because I certainly do!

If I wear a loose shirt it falls straight down from my breasts and makes me look about 20 pounds heavier.

Let's get back on topic.

A belted shirt might take care of this problem, or one that ties in the back. Layering clothes, a little tighter of a tee with a loose jacket to show your waist, but not your rack helps my well-endowed friends.

That's an awfully derogatory term. Like women are a piece of meat. You're not helping your cause, you eejit!
