A general change of myself spanning entire last year. Shortly I changed attitude towards life, learnt to ignore some things and "let them burn", cut down relationships that were toxic (theoretically all returned, but ain't toxic anymore) and also some dietary changes which side effect was losing 10kg (and then I lost yet another ten, though this time deliberately), so 20kg in total (92kg -> 72kg (now I circulate around 74), and I originally aimed for 76kg). In overall twas a tough process for me but definitely worth it.

Failure to pull both parents out of their ever-lasting religion war of "it's exclusively their fault!" regarding their divorce. Eventually I realized I really shouldn't care at all, it can't be repaired if both reject anything that's not comfortable to them.

November o' last year, first love and first rejection. Generally I couldn't do anything for bit over a month, and first two weeks I didn't want to live at all. The method was, well, to just get up and keep rolling. Entire situation (+ several contacts with other girls) however taught me to balance my engagement, and in May (or March? I dunno, honestly) I've had yet another short-lived relationship, but this time I enjoyed the fun bits of it while they lasted, and when it broke I was like nothing happened. Well I had another episode of mood swing weeks later, but it was completely unrelated to it.
And yeah speaking of mood swings, I mostly solved the problem with some herbal medicine (I got prescribed antidepressants, but I don't feel like taking entropy pills).
