12-14. It's a combination of needing a lot of sleep to begin with and being on several sedative meds.

On weekends, more than 13. On weekdays, maybe 8.

About 6-7 hours on a week night and 8-10 on a weekend or holiday. I like sleep, but I also like getting up early and staying up late...

I typically get three hours of sleep...Unless I enlist the help of my friend the histamine antagonist. In which case I get 9-12 hours of sleep. I mean heck  Benadryl can also be recommended by doctors as a nonprescription sleep aid, so it isn't entirely ill conceived. Additionally, it has mild anti-anxiety properties.. which would be helpful if not for the fact that I'm almost always asleep after I've taken it :hmph:

Usually 5 hours, any more or less and I'm dead to the world and need to pop caffeine pills all day.

Mine varies greatly. It can be as little as 2 hours all the way to 12-14 hours a day. No matter how much sleep I get I am always tired.
