Usually about the wrong thing - thanks to not reading majority signals, so relationships sneak up from behind and bite me.

It decreases with time - a large proportion of my destressing exercises over the years has focussed on worry.

Never trouble trouble till trouble troubles you.

I worry too much. I obsess about what might happen and try to figure out all the ways things could pan out. I decide what to do in each scenario and then keep going with consequences of that scenario. I weave a spider web of scenarios and I cannot rest until I've charted every possibility, but of course I never do so I get anxious and then I start worrying about my anxiety ruining my life.

I try to work on it. My SSRI and SNRI take the edge off it and I'm able to stop it some of the time. I'm working on accepting my anxiety, without dwelling on my worries to try and reduce it. It's very difficult.

I worry a lot. Lets see, I worry about going out in public, talking to strangers, saying something that might offend someone, checking out in stores, groups of people walking in my direction, and looking stupid when I forget a word mid-sentance or stammer when I speak. Theres a whole lot more to write down but I do not feel like depressing myself.

I'm basically made of worry, anxiety and all that jazz....
I guess it's cause I constantly analyse whatever Is occurring...I don't live in the moment.

Based on the title alone, Aspies are people too and thus can worry just like everyone else.

On that note, I feel that I worry about stuff that isn't worth the worry over. Sometimes this happens when interacting with people, even online, be it through a web browser or video game. It's not like they could do much to me besides flame me, which still ultimately doesn't change anything in the long run.
