How can u be sure u have AS without a doctor?

My wife asks her friends who work with diagnosed people on the spectrum--the vote is unanimous. The last fellow, who stayed the night, has a wife that works with kids on the spectrum and they keep in touch with the kids years after they have left the program.

But we should note that it can indicate other disorders and that some people who are just introverts/social phobic have high score too (it was right for my dyspraxia though). It also depends on how you interpret the question and perhaps on your honesty (you know, when you feel bad and start acting "as if you had something else", well I know some people who did that).
There are some non autistic people with high AS score and some Aspies with high NT score (and high AS score).
