One clue may be how you react when presented with an opportunity to talk about a special interest--someone with Aspergers will be totally oblivious to what other people are thinking. Often, the only thing that matters is the special interest. Stuff that NTs can't turn off, prejudices based on appearance and such, won't even register with an Aspie.

"never speaking to anyone" is not a typical symptom of Asperger (at least accoridng to the extended description of the DSM).

You either already had Asperger's or you acquired the delusion that you have Asperger's.
