I went and saw one of my specialists yesterday. It turned out he used to have his medical dept.next to the neurological dept and hence many of his friends are neurologists, thou he arent one, he used to hear a lot about neurological cases.
He said epilepsy could of been involved in my episode (what i didnt say in my post before was my whole body was twitching and jerking while i was on the ground, I was aware of that while coming out of things..... i remember someone around me asking "is she epileptic? ).
The out of reality feel where everything felt unreal (the dissociation feel) apparently can happen as the "aura" that an epileptic may get just before a seizure.
I now have to be sent for another EEG scan on my brain. (I've had two in past which showed non specific findings but ones in which werent epileptic... apparently that if one is just having a very occassional seizure, it may only show up on the EEGs if one is taken when seizure is actually occurring. Kind of hard seeing the seizure like episodes which ive had only last 2-5 mins ).
