OH YES! I only have 1 door in my appartment (well two if you count the door to outside) and it has to be closed, I don't have any logical justification to keep it closed, sometimes I SAY " to keep the cat out" but there's nothing harmful to the cat In the room and nothing she can get into to. I just want that door closed all the time.

As for Windows all the windows in my room/bathroom are always open but the living room/kitchen window can be opened or closed depending on temperature.

Door shut. Windows closed. Wood blinds closed. Dim and quiet as possible please.

That's how it is in my bedroom or where I sleep/my bed. I put sheets around the bed and cardboard and blankets over the window so even on a sunny day it's hard to tell what time of day it is or even if the sun is out at all. This summer I hope to replace the
Whole window with a air conditioner.

I sleep so much better now. I love my bed, it's my cave I like to go on over stimulating days.

My main living area/kitchen is very dim, especially at night (when I'm awake) people always say ("why is it so dark in here?" Partially because I don't have a proper light but also because it's very easy on me.

Doors open (except exterior door of course) and windows can go either way, but shut as often as possible in summer and parts of spring and autumn to avoid letting in bugs and pollen.
Curtains drawn when I'm in bed when the morning sun will hit. Still wakes me up in summer time though.

Yup, I keep doors and windows shut. I can't sleep in a room with an open door (including a closet door), and I never open windows. It feels safer when I'm in a closed-in area.
