Love your new avatar!!Schultzy, Do you actually get the same effect from a weighted hat as you would a weighted vest or blanket? That is such a great idea if it really works well.
I've never tried a weighted blanket before. The helmet has a calming effect on me, though.
I've always liked wearing my motorcycle helmet in the house.
