If your avatar is you then I can assure you that you are a textbook anatomical modern, and not a neanderthal. You dont have boney brow ridges. And you DO have a chin.
Your large projecting nose is a tiny bit Neanderthal looking, but thats about it.

I didn't mean my facial structure, but the red hair (nappy), super pale skin and blue eyes. I also have an enormous forehead, you just can't tell in that photo, and the filter on it (Instagram) makes my hair look blonde, instead of carroty. I just feel like if there were a Neanderthal version of me as a child, it would be that photo. I don't think I look like an actual Neanderthal.

Your nose and eyes are similar to the Neanderthal child model.
