Here is a list of 'tools' that evolution has given Aspies to meet future needs:

Lack of facial expression/body language recognition
In a society that most of the time human being will be wearing a space suit and a space helm, the need for body language and facial expressions becomes redundant and obsolite.

Aspies use pedantic language, always tell the truth and take things literaly, read pictograms better than words In a world that communication will be mostly written or to fascilitate speed, more and more symbols will be used to replace words (seewhat is already happening with the emoticons, the LOL, BRB, etc etc.) the Aspie language idiosyncracies will not seem lacking but offer a clear advantage over NT language abilities.

Eye for detail, can creat puzzle images without even knowing whatthe picture on the boxis, has ability to form 'groups' of items (like a collection) that show a specific common detail
In a hostile world like that of another planet, these abilities will be proven great tools when it comes to survival and finding shelter, food etc. Especialy the fact that we can focus better on details than on the large picture will help us scrutinize the landscape seeking the items we need for our survival without loosing our focus while enjoying the view!

Aspies can work alone, can stay focused for long periods of time, can form friendships without the need of physicla presence, touch, emotional commitment etc
When humans will need to live in space stations or planets where only a small number of humans can live in small isolated quarters, Aspies will have no problem surviving, working and getting along just fine for as long as there is a clearly defined list of tasks and responsibilities for each member to undertake.

Also, the fact that some will have to leave their families behind will not cause additional frustration because the on line communication via computers and satelites etc, will be enough to keep both partners happy. As long as they keep a close intimate communication the physical aspect of the relationship is easily overcome.

Aspies rationalize emotions, show limited if no empathy at all, internalize anger instead of externalizing it
In a situation where human beings will have to live for months on space stations or colonies on other planets, in close proximity, in small confined spaces, leaving aggressivity and emotions out of the picture in the Aspie way is a huge advantage. If there are arguments they will be of the intellectual kind, not using fists, if some humans end up dying due to the hostile environmental circumstances the others will not dwell in grief and anger but instead they will intellectualize their emotions and seek practical solutions to better the situation and solve the problem.

I can go on and on with this list but I feel that you get the picture as it is!
