What do you take everywhere you go to avoid meltdowns?

hmm... is it like those therabands the thingy you have... when i used to go to OT at the school i used to like wrapping those theraband thingys around my arms and legs he he...

i take my iPhone with me EVERYWHERE, it also doubles as an iPod so i can just crank the music up...

Aside from that there aint much...

i should seriously become a radiologist, i really like those lead aprons ;)
