Once more. My daughter, the eldest one, works with children who have gone to jail for this type of thing. Sorry, it's not overkill. Some kids are very sensitive, and can be traumatized by this stuff. It is their right not to be exposed. And whether you like it or not, it's my right as a parent not to have my children exposed to this. The OP asked for advice because he/she (sorry I can't tell) is offended. If you're having fun getting people pissed, then fine. You did it.

Ganandox, if your access to this stuff is censored then I can only congratulate your parents. It is vile, misogynistic, and ugly.

You live in a broken society. Freaking out over HARMFUL PORN OH NOES!, talking about the law, etc - this is pure insanity. We're all just people and we're talking about children, the most harmless and innocent people of all. Put yourself in the shoes of the hentai AS kid and ask how you would best like to be handled. That's the only answer worth a damn. Not caring whether your personal issues damage other people is the worst kind of sick.

Are you serious?

Fine. Say the kid was setting fires. I suppose discussing Arson wouldn't have anything to do with that either by your logic.

Now your not making any sense at all.

Hentai is porn.

Crack pipe much? (If you can't take it, don't dish it ~ I don't lay down for that garbage. If you've got something to say to me say it plainly and civilly if you want a civill response. I give as I get.)

I'm saying that the part in italics about it sometimes being illegal is censored, and all censory does it make me curious if I don't know exactly what is censored.

:D well I just didn't know what to write in it, tbh.
It would go something like rape, pedophilia, zoophilia and everything that can be done.

Don't let him set fires in class either. If you're genuinely confused: fire is dangerous. Porn is something you personally find distasteful. Those aren't the same. Telling the kid not to porn in the same way you would tell him not to start fires is harmful because it equates something he enjoys with something bad. If you were harshly rebuked for being yourself when you were a kid, don't you think that might have a longterm effect? Whose priorities matter here?

Exposing minors to porn in school = not okay.

Treating a minor who looks at porn like a criminal = not okay.

The guy who is doing this is a minor too and he needs some understanding and possibly some alternative media to satisfy his curiousity. If he gets treated like a criminal it will screw up his sexual identity, for life.

A 15 year old with or without AS is not a tiny, little innocent child. I am sorry, but no. People around this tiny innocent little child asked him to stop with this stuff in class. He went off on them and got his parents involved to protect his tiny little innocent right to watch graphic porn in class. He is violating the rights of everyone around him. No, he doesn't have the right to do this. Ideally, someone goes to this kid and tells him to please stop it, and then he says, oh sorry and stops. This didn't happen. Sometimes if a kid will not listen to their parents (or parents won't deal), and if a kid won't listen to teachers, then something stronger needs to happen. Sorry, it's the truth. Now, because he could just be temporarily blinded by hormones like other kids his age, records are sealed when he hits 18. Got it? That's the issue. If I'm getting angry, it's not the porn it's your insistence on belaboring this point. Not to mention edging very very close to personal attack.

If his AS (if true) makes it so he truly doesn't understand that what he is doing is wrong, then the rights of the other kids in class still need to be protected one way or the other. Maybe not jail, true, but somehow. I don't know why they haven't blocked access already, or why the teacher seems clueless.

No seriously. You're getting angry, that reveals personal issues. You are delusional.

So finally you got to admit that porning in class is wrong. Okay. So why do you even want to sparkle this porn debate? Can't respect our opinions, wanna force your own's? Who cares about handling.

There will be no handling. OP will tell for hentai guy to wrap his stuff up and if he doesnt get to his grips with it then he/she will report him to someone who will take sum action. Then it's their problem. OP will do some well deserved justice for her/himself. It's NOT a porn issue as such, how come you fail to see that? Personal issues much?

I think that kid should be going to school to get an education and he shouldn't be watching Anime during school hours and especially not Hentai.

This is a value judgement stemming from your own issues. By saying this you render your entire position worthless. You can't afford to so carelessly mix value judgements with parental advice, it'll turn out bad for everyone.

Sylvia, you're getting angry, that reveals personal issues. They shouldn't come into play. We're talking about the most sensitive way to deal with children. Obviously he shouldn't be porning in class but bringing up 'the law' when talking about kids' natural urges is harmful overkill.

UImmm... the definition of the Japanese word is:

"The word hentai is a kanji compound of 変 (hen; "change", "weird", or "strange") and 態 (tai; "attitude" or "appearance"). The term is used as a shortened form of the phrase 変態性欲 (hentai seiyoku) meaning "sexual perversion".[1] In Japanese slang, hentai is used as an insult meaning roughly "pervert" or "weirdo".

And that was for the benefit of those who are following this and have no clue what is being talked about. It's obviously not for you, fraac...

I feel kind of sad for you... you must be quite lonely. You know - people will actually talk to you with trying your damnedest to piss them off. Hell, you may even make a few friends and allies along the way. And since you have refrained from posting your age, and judging by the content and slant of your commentary, I'm growing exceedingly concerned that you are not of legal age to even be discussing this topic in an open forum.

MOD - move to ADULT?

I agree that this thread should be moved into the Adult's section. There are 9 year old kids who are reading this and not all parents are wealthy enough to have a Safe Search programme installed onto their computers.

Definitely inappropriate. I don't know why (in reference to a post on the first page), that this would make someone not an aspie, btw. No aspies watch porn? Especially 15 year old boys? I don't think it is related to being an aspie or not. Anyway, regardless, it IS inappropriate and should be stopped. Isn't the school supposed to be able to block trash like this?

Also to the comment about the bad parenting, how do you know the parents even know? Computers are so accessible to children and if people (ie. schools) are not blocking these sites from students' access, how on earth should they know he is on them? Perhaps he doesn't do it while they are watching him at home, and if he is aspie and doesn't have much social consciousness, maybe he doesn't even know the teacher knows (unless he's already been confronted).

Anyway, I think a meeting should be set up with him and his parents to discuss the matter.
