I'm sure they have just cause to sue some people as WP does for their attempts at "denial of services" (DOS) attacks. My guess is they are not . But a court order could be obtained under the pretext of a suite for the purpose of trying to find attackers true identity by getting
the ISP records. My guess that is the limit to what they will do try to find the person true ID.

The thing is, even if Gareth got upset about what Nigel (oops, I mean ATO) said, it would seem a bit trivial to be launching lawsuits and court orders for something so trivial and vexatious. It's more than likely it's just a dummy spit (on both sides) and should be treated as such. As I said before, getting into flame wars with people just because you didn't agree with them serves no purpose at all, and at the least is a kind of cyber-shitstirring and just proves how immature those involved in it are.

BTW, ATO, if you think we are doing the same, maybe YOU could sue us..... not!

Just mellow out and don't take yourself so damn seriously.

Hey ATO, did it go off with a bang when you heard about Gareth's reaction? hehe.

Anyway, I've heard about how Aspergers can affect people like certain glitches can affect computers. Imagine the human brain is a computer, and all the knowledge we gain as the software, Asperger's could be the glitch stopping the computer from functioning to it's full capacity. Unlike a computer, though, the human brain cannot be fixed to get rid of the glitch, so therefor Asperger's/autism will always be there. All everyone with the condition has to do is manage it the best they can, and not worry about being expected to be perfect.... It ain't gonna happen. Now, getting into cyber-fights about whether there is a cure or not sounds really childish, and immature, to me; and for someone to actually launch a lawsuit because someone didn't agree with them probably shouldn't be taken seriously in the first place. Just remember, the internet is like TV, if you don't like what's on a particular site, you can always find another one to look at. Unless you happen to be a troll who does it just to be annoying.....
