His mommy thought of a clever way to exempt her brat from the rules of civilization. I really don't care if he is an Aspie or not, although my guess is he ain't. If the school had any balls the punk would be arrested for sexual harassment and his parents would have the pants sued off of them.

Wait, hentai is even WORSE than hard porn?

I have a hard time seeing that, I mean its animated...

Wow, some of you people sound like you would make terrible parents. "OMFG, I don't want my kids seeing a tit!" Also, the fact that people are petitioning or whatever to try and get sex ed out of schools just goes to show that those people are f*****g ret*d. Actually... Sex ed probably should come out of schools, because just like health class and drugs, it's nothing more than a big f****n scare tactic. Rather than be realistic and tell us how it really is, they just say "omg, you're gonna get aids or get pregnant if you ever have sex!! !!" "pot can kill you!" You know what this causes? Some people try things anyway, and they discover that they aren't as dangerous as the adults claimed it was. THEN they're more likely to go try more similar things, things that can be more harmful. THEN they get diseases and/or die, and rather than realize it's your own stupid fault for the way you "educate" with lies, you insist it's the fault of the drugs/sex/whatever, and then you make the education even worse, or you decide to try and get all education of that thing removed entirely. Enough with the f*****g scare tactics, people. They only make things worse.

This kid looking at hentai is not wrong. I don't care what sick, disgusting, twisted, f****d up kind of s**t it is he's looking at. it's not WRONG. It's not necessarily right for him to view it at school or forcibly show other students(if that is in fact what he's doing), and the parents shouldn't stick up for him forcibly showing it to other students either, but some of you are blowing this s**t out of proportion, talking about lawsuits and prosecution... All that needs to be done here is the kid needs to be made to understand that he can't go around showing strangers his crazy porn fetish, that's all. End of story. No police or district attorneys(or attorneys of any kind) need be involved.

Also, to the OP, here's an idea... How about if he shows it again, you take his f*****g Ipod and smash it? Or just take it and throw it into the girl's bathroom or something like that? Do something on your own, you p****. If someone does something that's pissing you off, make it stop. Don't just sit and whine about it... Teach him a damn lesson. If he whines to the teacher/principal that you broke his Ipod, THEN tell them about what he was doing with it that made you take it and break it in the first place. Chances are the teacher/principal, whether they know he was showing people hentai or not, will say "well you shouldn't have had it here at school in the first place."

One child at my school with AS has an obsession with Anime, including "Hentai" (Anime porn) and seems to watch it during class. He gets insulted and people call him weird. He complains and tells his parents, who go to the school and threaten kids to be more accepting of his Autism. Coming from a kid with aspergers, I'd say that's pretty F'ed up and he shouldn't watch Hentai at school... What do you guys think?

Ok first off he 'seems' to watch it in class.........have you seen him watching any of this hentai porn at school or are you assuming that is what he's watching? You did say he's obsessed with anime in general so is it possible he's just watching normal anime?

You're just wrong, but more importantly your classification of pornography should have no effect on how teenagers use it, because that could stigmatise them. Only their own opinion matters. I got the impression the kid wasn't even sharing it, just watching it himself. So it's harm-free.

Fraac, you need to read the post more carefully. He IS exposing it to other kids!! ! They are making FUN of him because of it. If they haven't seen it, then how do they know to make fun of him for it? It is NOT harm-free to expose children to things their parents do not want them seeing. It isn't up to the child. It's up to their parents.

Maybe they are making fun of him for normal anime, the OP never said he for sure saw the person he's talking about watching the porn in class, he said 'seems' like he watches it in class. I feel that needs to be specified before any judgements are made.

Mr Xxxx, here it is.

I don't give a rat's posterior whether the kid's parents have a problem with it or not. They can tell it to Child Protective Services. If somebody shows this stuff to my kid, or even has it where she can see it, their butt is going to be flayed. I don't care who tries to defend this or why. Not in the school. Not near my kid. Period. End of sentence.

With all due respect I don't think you have the right to flay anyones butt, you could get charged for harrasment especially if its someone elses child.

This is an issue which would be best handled by Zabriski taking it up with the school authorities.
