Wellthis is an enquiry and an informative question jut to ask about good days, bad days an routines etc
Firstly I have more bad daysd than good days especially ast universty, and second of all if I am having a good day by sub text routines are still there but I am so much more complient with myself, I don't beat myself over it for example if I do not take my dogs for a walk at 5am I can easily take them at 5 30am but to my own self I don't freak out am just submissive. there are always the sleeping, social issues and routines and obsessions but tend to be a lot easy going

iss this the general thing among aspies as me and a real life aspie I live with talked about that and it was generally the same.

as i am not officially diagnosed im not sure if this will help you.

i have good days and bad days aswell.
if it is a good day then i am less obsessed with my routines and i am more flexible. i do not have to things at a certain time in a certain way, i still like to but it doesnt really bother me if i cant.
if it is a bad day then i have to do things in a certain order in a certain way or i get very upset and frustrated. my routines become very important and i dont like talking much, luckily my few friends are ok with this and will let me do this for days if i have to.

i think the most annoying thing is when im having a good day and im better at socialising and responding to people (still not great at it but better) then someone says something along the lines of 'you're doing really well today, ur talking, see you can do it'. i hate this becuase it makes me conscious of what im doing to try to remember it for another time, but then when i do this i become quiet again and self conscious and then i have no idea what to say to people.

i wish i had dogs...
